Paper towels arrived quickly in neat bundles without defect or damage

I did not receive one of my items. I emailed the customer service team multiple times with no response.

Spending way too much time trying to rectify the issues. No tacks with the plaques. Several frames came broken. Box of Printer Toner in box with plaques and ChaCha can't explain why. Offered to send it back, still sitting on my desk for 2 weeks. I took pictures of everything.

Ordering on Clean it supply is easy. The website is functional, efficient and has excellent form.

I shop online and have some good Companies in all categories and saw Cleanitsupply and decided to give them a try since I buy in bulk and small orders the survey was a little late but the service was good i would return for other products they have good sales and some are higher in prices as expected in quality I would suggest checking them out they have categories

I ordered two items that arrived broken. The customer service department was excellent with their communication and follow thru. We were able to return the items and get them replaced quickly.

It's always easy to order and delivery is always on time.

Someone I know was in need of a commode but was sent a narrow armed one where you shipped just the right size.

I have purchased severl items from Clean it Supply and I have not had any issues. I have asked for quantity discounts but I have never received a response. I guess quantity discounts is not option.

Ordered 2 cases of the Broadway toilet paper one case was ripped and looked like toilet paper fell out on the floor rolls covering were dirty (thank god each roll is wrapped individually). I could've took pictures and email to customer service. But I didn't want to go through taping up the case getting a label and dropping it off somewhere. I just will see how the next shipment goes.
