I purchased a box of windex ( set of 12 bottles) I got a box with 8 bottles. I contacted customer service and I got in touch with Cha Cha Cruz we were
Emailing back and forth with no answer what happened and eventually disappeared. I sent an email to the CEO Dan Dillon but, as of right now I haven't got a response. I hope I will get a reply on this review with an answer.

Towels are slightly fragile. Also, I don't need as many email promotions. One e-mail a week would be nicer.

We were very pleased with the over all appearance and surprised at how sturdy the tables are.

I had to give myself heavy doses of antibiotics for almost 7 weeks. The nurses and labs were always short on these supplies, which were necessary for me to keep my PICC line sterile.

They sent me a carton of 96 rolls of toilet paper back in may and the box was open with missing rolls it looks like they destroyed it in UPS and I didn't say nothing. So I ordered a second time in December and I left a note that says please secure package because UPS likes to destroy peoples packages. They didn't secure my box it was taped with a large tape and missing rolls of toilet paper they like to increase the price but they don't care if you are missing your items because its toilet paper. So they sent me a second box after I contacted customer service and it was the same way as the other 2 they made me return the damaged one so they were both damaged and missing rolls so I took my 96 rolls and I returned the left overs in their broken box.

The item was just as described and everything went wonderfully. Thank you for your professional and courteous service.
