I had acne for years and this brush was one of the only things that actually helped me control my acne. I don't think you need to expensive version of the brush as it seems to be the same thing as the cheaper models all you get are different brush heads.

Since the pores are better cleansed, excess sebum removed, the skin is breathing and is ready to take moisturizers and nutrients, oils, as well as acids (who uses them) Naturally, the products work better and our skin becomes even more beautiful!

I bought it for myself as a birthday present 1.5 years ago. Then I just dreamed of it, considering it a panacea for achieving perfect skin. For a long time I chose the type of the device itself and the type of nozzle. I stopped at the simple Mia 2 model, and took the Deep Pore attachment to cleanse the skin with enlarged pores. But after a month of use 2 times a day, the skin became very sensitive and reactive. I put down the brush. Sometimes I returned to her, but the result was the same - increased sensitivity of the skin, redness, and in general I saw that the skin does not improve, but on the contrary, she does not like this brush at all...
Having owned 2 of the Units-one was Plus and one Mia Smart, I lost so much money. Both stopped working at the very end of their warranty period so there was no help from Clarisonic after they said they do not do repairs. Now I have an inexpensive wand from Amazon (under $20) that works great and comes with 5 heads. I can buy one every month and still save money compared with Clarisonic. Forget the big ads and still have beautiful skin.
My Mia Smart broke in less than 6 months. It been over 8 weeks since I sent in the device for replacement. But there has been NO response from them. I called and and rep promises to get me an answer but still NO word. At this point either give me a replacement device that I'm due or give me a full refund. The product is crap and customer service is even worse. This company is a scam.
Ive been on hold for almost 20 mins at the 800 # for customer service. The recording keeps saying how they value my time and how the next available agent will be with me as soon as possible. Really? Any company that makes you be on hold for 20 mins does not value your time. My Mia doesn't charge anymore and when I do plug the charger in, it clicks over and over.
Absolutely atrocious customer service. I spoke to 3 separate representatives (2 were supervisors), and no one was able to offer problem resolution. The third rep, Rafael in the Warranty Dept, was exceptionally rude and hung up on me. He could not tell me why I should be a customer because he said that wasn't his job. These phone calls are recorded, so I hope a supervisor from customer service/customer loyalty listens to the conversations and takes appropriate action. I would never spend money on these products again. This company clearly needs to devote more resources to personnel hiring/development. Clarisonic deserves no one's business. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
Clarisonic has the WORST customer service EVER! Since August 1st I have been trying to return my unit under warranty. I am always told it will take 24 hours to receive an email with the UPS return label. That email never arrives. That starts the whole customer service cycle all over again. I have tried chat and calling customer service. The first time I called customer service someone answered with a NO and hung up on me. The second phone call someone answered and then hung up on me. My last chat with customer service I was told maybe it's my email that's the problem. As of today it has been two weeks and still no email.
This is the worst product I have ever bought and the customer service is horrible. I bought a Mia 2 in 2012 and 2 1/2 years later, it stopped working. I bought another one since it was out of its warranty and just a little after 2 years of purchasing it, it would turn on randomly and eventually the button stopped working. I called customer service and they asked me to send a photo of the device. I emailed them with the requested photos and did not receive a response back. I followed up with them 1 week later and still no response. This product has broken twice right outside of it's warranty and I'm expected to pay $200 for a new clarisonic every 2 years on top of buying the brush head replacements? I will definitely not be purchasing another clarisonic ever again. This product is garbage and their customer service is even worse. You can't even get a hold of their employees.
I have had my mia1 barely over 2 years and the device is dead, I rarely used and decide so recently I would start taking better care of my face. Tried to use my Mia and it was dead. Customer service was no help, offering me a coupon for future orders, why would I buy more of your horribly made products?

I had a new MIA 2 but it was defective. I called customer service but they said they won't honor my warranty because it wasn't purchased at an "authorized clarisonic dealer". That's ridiculous! How can I business ignore a warranty just because? This was a brand new, defective item! I've been a customer for over 5 years. No more! Clarisonic is practicing bad business, especially considering the cost of these things.
I liked my skin after procedures but I didn't like at 100% client support and behavior.

I ordered one of the handheld facial cleansing brushes during a sale to try it out, and I love it! It helped clear up my skin and also worked as exfoliator. My skin feels much smoother after using it.
My skin was super soft after the first use. Also, moisturizer absorbs into my skin more quickly/effectively, and after just over two weeks of use, I've noticed an improvement in my skin's appearance and firmness
The Clarisonic Mia is poorly made. I bought 1, which broke. The company replaced it, but the replacement broke too. Clarisonic would not repair, replace, or refund. Really poor customer service and poorly made device.
