Clarisonic has the WORST customer service EVER! Since August 1st I have been trying to return my unit under warranty. I am always told it will take 24 hours to receive an email with the UPS return label. That email never arrives. That starts the whole customer service cycle all over again. I have tried chat and calling customer service. The first time I called customer service someone answered with a NO and hung up on me. The second phone call someone answered and then hung up on me. My last chat with customer service I was told maybe it's my email that's the problem. As of today it has been two weeks and still no email.
