First off, let me just say that this experience was a rollercoaster ride of emotions. It started with excitement, then quickly escalated to panic, followed by regret, and finally landed on a strange mix of relief and gratitude. It's like going through the stages of grief, but with your financial well-being at stake!

My experience with the Clarisonic Mia was great as it gave my skin awesome results, and I completely forgot what acne looks like. I believe I got a good deal on it from a website, so overall, I wasn't disappointed.

The exfoliator I ordered from here was very very good. It is a good quality product and it runs without any issues. Its been 2 weeks I've started using it and I can already see the difference. Having many features made it more reliable and user friendly.

It's better to prevent imperfections than to get rid of them! There are no analogues!
With daily use (if there are no pronounced problems), the result in a week is even and smooth skin.
I would also like to add that it is very important to choose the right diet (use Polysorb in case of deviations from the usual diet, otherwise clarisonic will not help), day and night care and vitamins that are suitable for you.

Having owned 2 of the Units-one was Plus and one Mia Smart, I lost so much money. Both stopped working at the very end of their warranty period so there was no help from Clarisonic after they said they do not do repairs. Now I have an inexpensive wand from Amazon (under $20) that works great and comes with 5 heads. I can buy one every month and still save money compared with Clarisonic. Forget the big ads and still have beautiful skin.

I've had mine for 5 years. Love it! Although I use it with my facial cleanser. No other way to clean. I'm 23 and gets compliments all the time about my skin being so healthy and young looking. Will buy another if this one dies on me.

I made the tough decision of investing in the Clarisonic facial brush, and it was the best investment for my skin, it immediately showed differences in my skins appearance and texture within days of use, love the sanitary interchangeable brush heads, I couldn't recommend this produce and brand enough

I have been tasted so many cleaning brushes that I became bored of them, cause all of them are expensive, but effects which producers promised was only on words.
But I can't say the same about Clarisonic, 'cause that it the brush which helps me to clean the make up from my face, rid of all dirtisness and make some peeling effect, which helps me to have beautiful and fresh skin with naturaly highlighted face.

This device really makes my skin better, I feel that it starts to breathe from inside after cleaning my face in the evening and early morning. I also forget about acne, because my pores are so clean and even makeup looks better because of that. I am really happy that once bought this device and now I cannot imagine my daily skin routine without that.

My Mia Smart broke in less than 6 months. It been over 8 weeks since I sent in the device for replacement. But there has been NO response from them. I called and and rep promises to get me an answer but still NO word. At this point either give me a replacement device that I'm due or give me a full refund. The product is crap and customer service is even worse. This company is a scam.

Clarisonic has the WORST customer service EVER! Since August 1st I have been trying to return my unit under warranty. I am always told it will take 24 hours to receive an email with the UPS return label. That email never arrives. That starts the whole customer service cycle all over again. I have tried chat and calling customer service. The first time I called customer service someone answered with a NO and hung up on me. The second phone call someone answered and then hung up on me. My last chat with customer service I was told maybe it's my email that's the problem. As of today it has been two weeks and still no email.

But after a month of use 2 times a day, the skin became very sensitive and reactive. I put down the brush.
