Buying experience has been good (though it takes a day for the seller to confirm order) but the tracking provided by Japan Post sucks. Tracking stops at the time when the parcel is being dispatched to another carrier (last Friday at 12:50 pm Japan time) and, as of today, the tracking information has not been updated and no sign of parcel yet. The delivery address is my office and amidst COVID - 19 we have the split team arrangement and this week is my home shift. I will have to requested colleagues in the office to look out for my parcel everyday as I don't know exactly when it will arrive - a bit annoying to be frank.

I have bought a Rolex oyster perpetual with a trusted dealer Timekeepersvault in the States, paid 3000€ for the watch and customs of 600 €. Unfortunately the watch is not in a proper condition, certified by THE Rolex dealer in Vienna. Repairing the watch in order to have it in an excellent condition, as the dealer stated, would cost 1545 €. The period of 14 days where you can return the watch has expired, so Chrono24 says it is not their responsibility anymore, but how can it not be? They have certified a dealer with Trusted dealer, I have chosen Trusted Checkout in order to be protected in cases like these. The support Team of Chrono24 is not reacting to emails. It is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I will set legal steps and would never buy with them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone!
