I purchased 5 window lights and was expecting a little better quality for the price but I put them up and that's that they'll have to do. Thank you for getting them to me before Christmas.
There are so many uses for these lights and I enjoy having them in the shadow.Boxes in the hour to add a little glow. These were very good quality and the perfect length.
Annoying when searching for white wire, or brown wire, I get the same listing that is full of green wire. Also thought I was getting LEDs and some weren't. I probably just got them mixed up.
Do not buy the subject product. The sign is not legible when lit. When lit, looks like a blob of lights. For the amount I paid I expected to clearly see Merry Christmas.

I was a bit disappointed as my order was shipped on two packages with the second package damaged and arriving 2 weeks after my first delivery. The quality was okay for what I paid.
I got my daughter a Mark Roberts fairy &when my daughter received it the original box nor the certificate was included I contacted Christmas Central the box & certificate could not be located so they apologized refunded my money and said to keep the fairy which was very nice of them.
I ordered shamrock window lights. Christmas Central had the lowest price for them and I received them within days. I am very happy with my experience.

I'm the biggest Christmas fan going. But Never trust these people. I bought a Christmas alarm clock for $25. It wasn't a alarm clock it was a piece of garbage. I called to complain it cost $15 to return it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
I ordered Christmas ornaments and one arrived broken. After reading reviews about the awful customer service, I was a little apprehensive about a return for store credit. I left a message and also decided to e-mail customer service. I received a response via e-mail the next day with a request for additional info, such as packing slip details in order to identify the packer and have them do additional training to prevent future packing issues. Since the packer did not include a packing slip, I provided some info and pics. Sophia was great. She apologized for the breakage and provided several options for resolution. Additionally, she was out of the office when I e-mailed a question. Someone else responded to notify me of this. I thought that was above and beyond. I chose the refund, since I wanted to purchase some other items. I had my refund within 3 working days and purchased additional items. I received those is less time on this shipment. All items were shipped properly. No breakage. I'm very happy with the ornaments, garland, and customer service. A number of recent reviews on trustspot are positive. My experience with customer service was a good one.

This is the second time I ordered from this company and both times the products were great as well as the service. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.
I placed an order for 3-day delivery. Then on day 3 I called to verify and asked for the tracking number, only find out that they take 3 day to process the order, then the shipping days count begins. However, they couldn't provide me the tracking number. I was told that the Warehouse is backed up and hasn't sent it. Next, I was told they have personally sent an email to the warehouse supervisor and will send me an email with the tracking number as soon as he responds. This was after I called them 5 times and left a message under prompt #2 for order status. Which by the way was never returned! If you push #2 no one picks up, in fact you are automatically disconnected. This also happens when you press #1 too. You just have to keep calling back. But, you can only reach a person if you press #1 for new orders. I feel as if my money has been stolen and they are stringing me along with "it's been shipped". How after 5 days, does a business not know the tracking number of package that they shipped? It's all digital. Everyone I speak with says "I will email you when l get the tracking number". Of the 5 people + 1 manager I haven't received one email. If it truly did ship, its been 3 day I would've received it.
All went well with order, I bought purple lights, it's a hard color, looked right color but a little too light purple after lit up, maybe make just a little darker color b4 lit?

We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
