Very good quality. Can't wait to use them for my craft project. I had a difficult time finding the size of ornament I needed for my project.

Couldn't contact anyone to discuss non delivery. Only after PayPal held back payment did the parcel reappear. Not a big deal things did get resolved. Thank you for follow up.

Although I expected to get my initial order delivered correctly, i.e. No missing parts, etc. when I contacted them with the issue it was expediently resolved.

I placed multiple orders that said there was inventory yet were shorted and I had to contact customer service each time to get a refund for the missing items. Not a god experience at all.

The shopping experience was fine. There were no issues. The package arrived on the promised date and it came at a better price that other retailers likely wouldn't have matched.

Ordered gold glass balls, they were shipped quickly and were in great shape when they arrived. Beautiful ornaments! All you can find in stores today are the plastics ones!

Ordering this item was very easy, it came on time and in perfect condition. I am loving my front window for Christmas this year. Merry Christmas one and all!

Ordered 3 balls. Gotvwhat I expected. The shiny green ball has a broken hanger and a big dent that probably happened during shipping. I would order from Christmas Central again.

I received my order really fast. One of string of lights had a few that would not light. I called customer service and the shipped a replacement right away!

I was looking for a particular shade of green glass ornaments for my Christmas decor, found them here and they were perfect.

I wish I would have researched Christmas Central before I placed my order. Long story short how does this company justify sending out bogus emails with fake order numbers... mine was 6 digits and order tracking requires 8 digits... as well as fabricated tracking numbers that are not legitimate. This complaint, if you do a little research, has come up time after time for the past few years. If I receive the generic response I've been reading from the Christmas Central rep that says "call us we are happy to help" without explaining the phony numbers, I am going to immediately file a paypal complaint, a BBB complaint, a FTC complaint and a complaint to the attorney general in New York charging them with interstate fraud. I am happy to start a class action lawsuit on principle, much less the fact that they appear to have ripped me off for $139. Anyone else interested in pursuing a class action suit from a fraudulent email you received, please post. In the meantime I will focus all my energy on letting the buying public know about this shyster operation. To Christmas Central rep: I want an answer how you send out bs order numbers and bs tracking numbers and how bogus shipping emails are standard for your company. I believe it is so you can collect money from paypal without shipping out a product. That is fraud and that is illegal. Answer please. I'm sure you've heard this before.

Easy to use website. Found item desired and for $5 less than elsewhere. I ordered just a few days before Christmas, but was not ordering for use this year. Delivery was just fine.

Elegant and timeless. As I've aged and my children and grandchildren have been given their collection of ornaments I've decorated to suit me. First purchased towards new decorations!

I was not satisfied with the quality of my items. They were heavily clearanced and someone might be able to doctor them up but I wanted plain green not having to add

GREAT product and GREAT Customer Service! The Christmas buffalo plaid birds are SOOOO VERY cute! Well-made and a a super reasonable price. Customer service was extremely quick to respond when I had a very minor issue with my order. The issue was quickly and easily resolved and demonstrated effective communication. VERY pleased! I recommend Christmas Central:>)

Product as described. I ordered a quantity of 5, but received 4. I was reimbursed for the missing item immediately, so I am very satisfied with the service.
