I make a Christmas nutcracker for my granddaughter each year that matches her high school bad uniform it helps me to buy the body complete then I cut it up to hold a metal trumpet.
The shipping and service are good, my issue is with the product as it seems to have a leak. Didn't find out until just before I needed to use the item
I'm very disappointed of Ice Crystal I received. I know perfectly that product bécause I used that for many years. I can't find it anymore in stores. It used to make glass frost on the window and the one I received make snow frost on the window and it is very différent and I'm not satisfied at all

We created a wish list. We were not able to access it. It seemed like the wish list never got saved or we could not access it because we had not placed an order yet with your company. The whole point of a wish list is deciding what you want to purchase from a company. In our case wish lists create larger more expensive orders.

I bought dogwood flowers and they are a beauty the quality I loved it, I ordered some in a different blue color and I also loved them I'm waiting for more colors to arrive to order because they only had it in a single color.
Many of my shatterproof ornaments were broken and would come off their top hook. No time to return but not very happy at all. Will not be ordering from you again.
