Found our reindeer in a store but were out of stock. Learned that Christmas Central was the supplier, ordered and received the pair in perfect condition. Very pleased.
Overall a good experience.
However, I ordered a wreath which arrived with the longer pine needles mangled. I realize wreaths need to be fluffed and needles re-arranged to be at their best but the Northlight White Valley Pine arrived with the longer needles splayed and flattened because it was shipped in a box that was too small in height. A second one I ordered arrived with another wreath with both of them smushed into a 4inch high box. It's a shame because the wreath is beautiful.
Shipping took a while but worth the wait! The 1" gold ribbon was exactly what I was looking for. It's beautiful and will make our Christmas presents extra special for yours to come.

On my first order of Northlight icicle lights, I expected the multicolor lights to be intermixed, like the photo on the box and in the add shows, but instead each icicle had the lights in the same order, with the top light on each icicle red, the second down green, third blue etc., which was a very different look and didn't match the lights I already had. I rearranged the bulbs to match (which was difficult), but there were more red and green bulbs than blue and yellow, so it was out of balance. One strand also came dirty covered in some kind of brown dust, which I had to clean off. I placed a second order, but part of the order was canceled and refunded, I think because they ran out of stock, but no notice given to me, except an email saying the status of the order had changed to "partially shipped", not indicating that the other part of the order had actually been cancelled.
Best price! I bought several of the same, that needed batteries. One item didn't work after trying different batteries. I was away, and, didn't contact them in time to request a replacement.
Purchased 10 candleholders and a few hours later $3 each cheaper same day. Emailed as it is a $30 difference. No response no price adjustment. Not happy

This fireplace is so elegant, and can't believe a filled container allows the flame to last… 3 hours! So no need to refill in the middle of a happy hour, party or dinner with guests…
Very easy to place order. Unfortunately, the antlers on both reindeer were broken off. Customer service was very accommodating. My purchase was refunded within a few days.
I have ordered 4 Star Spangled Banner story bracelets and all of them were delivered broken except one, which I wore for a total of 2 hours before it broke. I give up.
Spent over $800 with this company. None of the net lights lasted more than a month or two. Buyer beware of their 30 day return policy. Please do not buy from this company.

I ordered an LED Christmas Snowflake (order *******) but got a Snowing-Musical X-Mas Tree instead?
Put in ticket #******* and was refunded, but am worried to try and order the snowflake for fear that my order will be messed up again.
Third try to get a 3' fir tree! The first two options showed more trunk than branches! This 3' norfolk pine is the most real looking, has so many and full branches. I bought two of these!
Needed 9 wreaths for windows and was a little worried the price was too good to be true on these…. But they fluffed up great and are perfect for their intended purpose.
Delivery took a week longer than expected which, of course, is not the fault of Christmas Central. The tree looks as described when it arrived. Looking forward to using next Christmas.
I ordered some Christmas ornaments on November 16. Was told they would be delivered by the 24th of November. It is now December 2nd, no order has been delivered.
Called their customer service number, waited for 15 minutes. A recording came on and prompted me to leave a voicemail. I left all of the needed info, received no call. Emailed them 4 times, no response. The tracking number they prvoided was not a valid tracking number.
Since I ordered through Walmart and this was supposedly going to be shipped by Christmas Central, I called Walmart. Walmart tried to contact the company via phone and email and received no response.
Walmart submitted an incident ticket and supposedly I will be issued a refund. What a hassle. If the company would just do their job, they wouldn't have such a low rating.
The Walmart rep did say they have problems with this companies response times, makes me wonder why they do business with them.
I wont be ordering from them again.

We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
