First order arrived on time and worked great. Second order had one string of lights that was faulty, but they were happy to replace it in a timely manner. Would order again.
Looking forward to adding this piece to my carnival setup but disappointed that the cars do not move unless manually pushed as they get stuck and stay at a stand still.

Order made it on time just was expecting little more with the reindeer set. They need a visual of how tall it stands next to something so you can get a good comparison.

I ordered three boxes of lights. When it arrived one box was the wrong one and they got back to me quickly and said we will send a replacement! Very helpful.
I ordered a set of beaded lights, website said they had 39 sets in stock. Two weeks later still hasn't shipped and I can't seem to get in contact with anyone at the company
My first initial purchase only provided an email "Welcome to Christmas Central!" that provided a link to login in and create password. That is fine but I would have liked the email to have included my purchase invoice. My second purchase 20 minutes later (prior to my setting up a log in) had included my 2nd Order number and information. I found that this email with the 2nd order info will NOT print correctly from my Yahoo email, using a Firefox Browser.
After I set up my login to Christmas Central, only my 1st order shows up in my account. My 2nd purchase that used IDENTICAL payment/shipment info, does not appear in my account.
It is too bad that I can't give them 0 stars. This item was not only used but it was broken and filthy with many loose parts as they couldn't be attached due to the condition.

Ornaments arrived quickly, one was damaged even though it was plastic.
Colour was a bit more brown/copper than dark brown but never the less it'll work for what I intended.
This rainbow display looks awesome but doesn't stay straight at all that's the detail on this item that can be fixed for a better experience besides that everything is lovely

We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
