My tree arrived quickly and on time, and the price wasn't bad, but the box came crushed. Thankfully the tree was completely fine. I don't think it's Christmas Central's fault the package was messed up, it was most likely the USPS carriers, but it was the only dissatisfying part of my overall experience. Tree looks good though.
The items arrived on time. However I was a little concerned about the quality of the Tear Drop Wreath. I wasn't has full as I expected, but will make due for the project I'm currently working on. However, the 30inch round wreath will be my go to from Christmas Central. The price on the 30inch Christmas wreath was a great price, so I will place my next order of more than a dozen.
Never write reviews but just spent an hour trying to return crappy, damaged items from poor packaging for a store credit... figured it was my bad didn't read the return policy which is you pay for shipping and take a 15% resocking fee or store credit. Couldn't get it. Its under review. Had to send mulitple pics. Beyond absud.
Hey, better contact the BBB people if you have already been scammed! And also contact the FCC, as I have already done. You may not get your product delivered or get your money back, but we can still fight back! Tell everyone online just how you have been treated by Christmas Central!
I paid extra for these candles compared to similar candles on other sites because they were advertised to have a 61" cord but the delivered candles only had a 36" cord. Now I would have to pay shipping to return them so I lose.

I wasn't sure the purchase was on time for delivery (it was) until it actually arrived. (on time). Checks at the web site said "order not fulfilled" but it apparently was on time.
Love the product! Just what we needed for out "Dept56 Snow Village" collection.
I placed a order for 4 x 200mm christmas tree shatterproof balls with 15 matching 70mm shatterproof balls. The 2 of the shatterproof balls were damaged and holes in them and the other 2 were scratched really bad and not worth putting on a tree. The damage was not from shipping it was from packing items in a box that was too small.
Contacted their support and they said they would refund the damaged products because they could not replace the damaged product because out of stock.
I said I wanted to return the small balls since I no longer have any matching larger ones. I was told I had to pay for return shipping because it's buyers remorse. Even after I explained I am only returning because they can not replace the damaged product.
They just wanted to argue with me that I have to pay for shipping and would provide a label but would deduct from my refund.

I ordered TWO 24" white table-top trees with multi-colored lights. When my ordered arrived, I received one tree as ordered, and one white tree with PINK lights. When I called, they were all out of the ones with multi-colored lights. Their shipping goof caused me not to be able to get what I odered!
I ordered what I wanted and expected a tree with more branches and equal distribution of the branches. It was on sale so the price was good but the quality was very disappointing and frankly not worth the trouble to return. TERRIBLE tree - you shouldn't have it on your website.
Found exactly what I wanted and expedited shipping.
I ordered 2 nutcrackers on Dec 3. My payment was put through but I didn't receive a confirmation email or tracking information from the site like it said I would. Dec 6 I did an online chat and the person gave me my order number and said I would receive tracking information when they were ready to ship. I didn't receive any emails. One nutcracker arrived on Dec 15. The box wasn't marked and no invoice or any paperwork. I waited a day to see if the other showed and it hasn't. I sent an email to the company and a ticket number was started. Today I received an apology email and it stated they would resend the item. Ten minutes later I received another email stating they could not resend the item to Canadian addresses and would start the process of reimbursing my money. The nutcracker I was waiting for is no longer on the website.
I am not expecting to be reimbursed from such a poorly run company with very poor customer service and an extreme lack of communication.

The product (a small wreath) was apparently delivered, but not until December 18 (according to USPS notice). But that was about 12 days after it was ordered, and after I had purschaed an alternative wreath for Christmas. So I was not able to use it.
Do not order anything from these people. I ordered a frog garden table set twice. The first set came completely broken. We returned them thinking that we just had a mishap with it and reordered a second set and they to came COMPLETELY BROKEN ALL 3 PIECES. THERE WAS NO PROPER PACKAGING FOR THESE AND THE BOX IT'S SELF LOOKED REALLY OLD AND THE BOXES INSIDE WERE NOT EVEN INTACT EITHER. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING THAT COMES FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

I placed an order for five boxes of Christmas ornaments on November 19th AND my credit card was charged the full amount that day. Knowing that it is peak season and it is during a pandemic, I let 7 business days pass while my order kept showing "awaiting fulfillment." After contacting the company four times over three days about my order and told my order would "ship out today," followed by a runaround that they "are waiting to hear back from the warehouse" and "please be patient during this time" I was finally put in touch with a supervisor today (December 4) and told my order has been canceled because the items are now out of stock. No explanation as to why all of the items showed that they were in stock when I placed the order or why I wasn't informed earlier so that I could try and find similar ornaments somewhere else, which are now unavailable anywhere so close to Christmas. Stay away from Christmas Central!
Wreaths came bent and not as described. Tried to contact customer service and they were rude and after sending pictures basically called me a liar and said that there was nothing they would do for this order. Products are crappy quality! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

BUYER BEWARE…. Ordered a $200 LED Lighted Cmas tree. After asking for shipping updated several times, I received it 7 months later. Packaging was very poor. Three strands of lights did not work, plastic star on top was broken off. It appears that I received a previous return from someone else who realized it was defective and then reshipped to me. Contacted Christmas Central today who refused to accommodate my replacement request. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company

I'm wondering if this is a typo? We do not repackage defective returns. Our policy allows customer service to replace any broken item so I would like to look into what happened here.
I love the Santa but was disappointed as the one that I had seen at Home Goods for the same price was larger but when I went to purchase it was no longer there. Diid you have a larger one? The Santa was for my Silver and white Christmas decorations for my dining room.
Wanted the twinkle snowflakes to replace the my twinkle snowflakes that no longer work. The photo and discription match what I wanted event the brand, Northlight. What I got did not look the same and they do not 'twinkle' they flash. I will keep them though because this was the only place I could find the 'twinkle light's'. Amazon and Target list them but are shipped by Christmas Central, the strings are longer than the Walmart ones I got last year. I took out the flashers because I didn't like the flashing.
