I bought it in August. Paid 600 dollars for the tree. Obviuously I am not going to put it up in august so I put it in my closet... Got it all up and together today and plugged it in... The lights where on for less than a minute and then went out. I asked customer service what to do and they told me I have had it over 30 days and there is nothing they can do to help and have a good day... That is just horrible customer service!
I found the box it came in was not thick enough and there were dents in it from shipping. I was hoping when I opened it I would find it inside another box, but it wasn't. The tree was not neatly packed. I had to take it out and place each piece the way it should have arrived. Thank goodness I didn't find any bent pieces. This tree is replacing one I had for several years. I was disappointed that there was no handle on the top of the box to carry it and get it into storage. My other one came with a better box and built in handle. It's difficult for me to carry it the way it is. I had to slide it up the stairs due to it's bulkiness and weight. I'm a senior citizen and live alone. I didn't set up the tree to test it and check on the lights yet.
The garland was as described, it had plenty of branches and looked very nice with the string lights I put on it. I used two garlands and put them around a tension rod that I placed in the entrance to the dinning room, which is 6ft wide. I left 1.5 feet on each end to hang down and it looked very pretty. The order arrived on the timeframe stated.
I've been waiting for my shipment for far to long. It's says 5 days and I've been waiting 12 so far and still hasn't shipped.
This company is absolutely terrible and I wouldn't get anything from them!
I placed an order through Google Checkout/Express for two pink patio umbrellas through this website (Christmas Centeal).
First, google said about 3 times that my card wouldn't go through (not sure why!) Then, my money was on hold for for this order for an entire weekend (odd if the card didn't work, right?). Finally, hold was released and I never received the umbrellas.
There is no contact info on the website to reach out to see what happened, or to have someone push the order through. I just think they didn't want to sell it to me with Googles coupon code/sale they were offering. Or it's a scam website.
Purchased a tree in October. Lights burnt out 2 days after it was put up, which was last week. They wouldn't help because it was after 7 days of purchase. Who puts up a Christmas tree in October? Why would you have it available in October if you don't stand by your product?

We downsized and have a smaller LR. The tree is a perfect size. It is a SLIM not a pencil tree. The lights change from clear to multi so everyone is happy. It was easy to put together and connect. It was a little expensive but had everything I was looking for.
Simple checkout procesThe diameter of the tree stand was not on your Web page. This would have helped me purchase the correct size. The inside diameter of the tree stand was too small. I found a way to modify it. Your site listed the tree heights it shojd fit, but that was not enough information.
Other than that, OK experience.
I was looking for a sign to hang in my kitchen for the Christmas holiday and found it here. It came in time, however, it did arrive someone disheveled because of the packaging. It may have been the carrier's issue, but the packaging was ripped open and then they re-taped it several times to keep the sign in the packaging envelope bag. This was the only reason I did not rate full stars, but not to the fault of Christmas Central, but due to the disappointment when I received it and the package was not what I was expecting.
I bought the iridescent and white Christmas ornaments. The quality is pretty good but there's no QAQC. There was no filling to absorb the impact and there were some ornaments that were missing and there were some that has the top piece missing. I received a mess in a big box. I look forward to using it but the packaging and the lack of quality control was disappointing.
I love the red, white and blue lights which I strung in my sunroom. I have them on every night and they brighten up the night. Christmas Central was very prompt in sending them and kept me apprised on the delivery schedule.
I ordered a flocked tree. My tree arrived without flocking. I contacted the company and they were very helpful, quick and accommodating. The tree that I received, although it wasn't the one I ordered, is very beautiful and well-made.
I was wanting to replace a very old white outdoor twig tree with multicolor lights, very hard to find. Every other place I looked only had ones with white lights. Christmas Central had exactly what I was searching for.
I ordered the set of 12 Gold Glittered Twig Artificial Christmas Stems and they are beautiful. I cannot wait until I decorate in November! Looking forward to the beauty they will add to Christmas 2024's decor!
The mini light bulbs were not as green as I like. Some were very pale. The shamrock has clips for the lights so I replaced the mini light string with a green LED lights string. I wanted a shamrock in LED in the first place but couldn't find one.
I ordered 2 24 inch lighted trees and 2 18 inch trees. I received the 2 24 inch trees but not the 2 smaller ones. After a couple weeks I had to call and inquire about the 2 smaller trees to find out they were out of stock. I was not notified I wasn't going to get them nor was I reimbursed until I made my call. After my call I was promptly given credit for the items not received.
The prices for the size and type of faux trees were perfect!
The original order I placed didn't work properly when I received it so I called to report it to Christmas Central and they sent me a replacement of the outdoor string lights with no problem and they work! Thank you for the wonderful experience I had!

Found a very hard to find product that I wasn't sure existed. The description fit what I was looking for, and it worked out perfect. Needed a track for outdoor rope lighting and it was perfect and affordable!
I ordered several items. Although my account indicated that something was canceled, it didn't say what. It also said items had been shipped, but it didn't say if everything that was canceled or only some items. I received my order, and my account only said my order had been delivered. It still didn't say some items had not been shipped yet. I had to call back and report my order as incomplete.
