Like the site, but doesn't give exact description of the item. Ordered in the past and they were warm lights…. Ordered recently and they are bright (cold) lights. They don't match the previous lights.
The wreath was shipped promptly and was well packaged. Very easy to assemble. The wreath is very full but easy to install lights and ornaments. I am so happy and I look forward to shopping with you again.
The item is not as pictured. One of the photos indicates multi-colored lights, but the description is blue lights. However, the blue is a nice contrast to the lights on the tree so we are fairly pleased.
I was under the impression that these soldiers were 3d but they are actually flat on back. The fabric is cheap and I'm hoping they will hold up through this season. I had to make sure they were put where they wouldn't be exposed to the weather due to the fact that they are cheaply made. I would not have ordered them if I had known how they were made.
I purchased a few items. When order was received, one item was broken, and one item was a duplicate. I called and they immediately sent the two replacement items. I received the two items, and everything is good now. What I received was as described and what I expected. I wish the free shipping minimum was lower. I would buy more often when they have sales.
I loved the tree I ordered. It was the perfect color I needed. The only bad thing is I paid for 2 day shipping, but it didn't show up until 4 days after and I missed using it for the event I needed it for.
Ordered an ornament for our 5 year old granddaughter. Wrong product was shipped (mini tree skirt). Called customer service and they took care of it right away. Received the correct order a few days later. Thanks.
This was the first and last time I order from this site. I ordered 3 packs of shatterproof round ornaments.
The cardboard box arrived beat up. Half the ornaments are broken. There was little to no packaging protecting the ornaments. Each package of ornaments were in a thin plastic box.

I would consider myself a pretty particular person. I shopped for weeks looking for the right tree and finally landed on this one for a few reasons: the height/width to fit in our home, the two types of branches on the tree and a good deal. I was not disappointed! The tree came quickly (in a box that I was doubtful of!), but after some good fluffing, it is definitely a showstopper tree.
I ordered my lights and got half of my shipment immediately. However, the second half was not shipped until I called more than a week after I received the first half of my shipment. I received no apology for the mistake nor a callback after speaking to someone about the mistake - I simply got the shipment some days later. I rarely receive such bad service from a company these when there is such automation to most processes.
Additionally, when I called customer to tell them about the delay in the second shipment, I also told them I was to receive a credit for my first order. This never happened!
Again, loved the products, but your customer service was as bad as any I've received in years.
The items were not as described on the website. The lights on one item were not LED as advertised but were incandescent which was not what I wanted. The size of the angel was smaller than listed and the lights did not work, However, Christmas Central was great about refunding the purchase price for it.
I am so happy I found Christmas Central! I was searching for an affordable Christmas tree on Black Friday that looked nice and full, and found a really unique one I couldn't find anywhere else. There were so many different trees to choose from! When I was ordering it didn't give an exact time frame for when it would arrive, but it did show up quicker than the FAQ said it would, despite the time of year I ordered it. I expect this tree will last me quite a while, but if I need Christmas related stuff in the future, I know where I'm going to be looking first!
Was looking on the net to purchase bulk christmas lights and found Christmas central to have what I needed, so I looked at the rewieves ( both positives and negatives) and was real nervous to make my order with this company. However I decided to give them a chance, and it seems that that I made the right decision. Their method of shipping was very fast with damage "even for December ", and the Quality of the items that I purchased was great ( plus all of the net lights worked). I ordered 2 wreaths on Dec. 7,2020. They were to be exterior Christmas decorations. I waited over 2 weeks and never received them. I called Christmas Central to attempt to track the shipment down and the first customer service rep could not find a tracking number and could not help me. The second customer service rep. Did find the order and told me that the wreaths were damaged while being processed, they were never sent, and they were now out of stock.
Christmas Central never emailed/called me to inform me of this. I could have waited for these wreaths for a month if I hadn't called. Horrible customer service. I am to receive a refund. Had I know this issues weeks ago I would have shopped in my city for wreaths and had them on the house now.
I was looking for an expensive white Christmas tree for a fundraiser themed tree. And they were the first to pop up. I couldn't believe the price and figured give them a shot. I order the tree it delivered in less than a week and it is what I had expected.
My moss-covered rabbit was shipped loose (no wrapping or padding) in a box. It rattled around in the box and arrived with a significant amount of loose moss in the box and bald patches on the rabbit. Additionally, one of the legs had broken off and had to be reglued carefully. Definitely not worth the price if I have to repair the item when it it arrives.
This company is horrible! AWEFUL! Terrible! My item arrived late poking through the box! The UPS delivery man pointed out the damaged box and the item protruding from the box. The driver said that the box was too small. The customer service is pathetic and you cannot understand a word they are saying. Horrible experience!
We ordered a greet lit Christmas tree and it was easy to set up and very pretty for about 1week then the lights in the bottom half of the tree turned WHITE! So we have a lit tree with pretty green lights on the top half and white on the bottom half. Looks weird! We didn't order a two tone tree or a tree that will eventually be all white. Very disappointed!

We did have some issues in November/December 2015 following a large snowstorm (7 feet of snow) that destroyed our warehouse, but since then we have completely rebuilt, plus added a new warehouse system that has eliminated many of the issues.
