My little tree looks exactly like the on-line photo and was delivered in good condition. My only criticism is that I found it impossible to insert the included screw into the tree stand. The tree fits the stand, but needs the screw for more stability.
This was my second order for Christmas ornaments. The ornaments are beautiful and arrived well packaged and without any breakage. The order was shipped quickly.

I purchased two nutcrackers, and I am completely satisfied with them. They are so cute, and I love them.
I also purchased several rolls of ribbon with wire. I like to use this type of ribbon on packages to make pretty. I am very satisfied with these rolls.
I placed an order on Jan 7th (order #*******) and after one week the status was still "awaiting fulfillment". I messaged with the "bot" and found my order but stated that they had sent an email to "Lily" (not my name but they seemed to have my correct email address) and that they had oversold on the item and there were 2 choices-Option 1: We can cancel this order and refund in its entirety back to your original form of payment.
Option 2: We would be happy to send a replacement item of your choosing, up to 125% ($312.49) from the Christmas Central storefront. I asked to have the order cancelled and a refund submitted at which point in time, they then told me they had to go back to the warehouse to the manager there about the refund. At this point in time, I'm waiting for the refund but I will be disputing it on my credit card as well. Horrible experience. I wish I had read these reviews before I attempted to buy this wreath.
Part of order not received though I was notified all items were shipped in 2 shipments. One item damaged in items received. Disappointed that 2 of 3 items not received were now out of stock. Damaged item no longer in stock. However refunds were issued promptly.
The set is really nice but the table is slanted and looks crooked. Didn't notice it when we unpacked it because I was just looking to see if the glass was not broken. The delivery guy had already left so I couldn't tell him about it. The rest of the set is beautiful and well made.
I don't like it when I get an email that asks if I've received my order, to wit, a blue link to click on that reads, "I received my order, thank you!".
And then when I click on this blue link I'm taken to a Customer Satisfaction Survey; like this one for example. No, I don't like it one bit.
I mean if you wish for me to answer a Customer Satisfaction Survey, then just say so; no trickery is necessary.
I found what I was looking for when no one else seemed to have it.
I ordered extra candles for my windows. I had already ordered a bunch last year or year before and have had good luck with them. I like the electric candles, not the battery ones, and this was the only place I could find the old-fashioned, electric candles, that I like!
The shopping experience was extremely smooth and easy. The shipping took pretty long. In fact, when it arrived I had forgotten I ordered it. I was so excited to see it waiting on my doorstep regardless. Sadly, upon opening it to test, I was so sorely disappointed. Genuinely hurt my heart. The "Let It Snow" sign turned out to be styrofoam and worse than that, it came with a broken corner. Additionally, I thought the lantern itself was metal and glass, but it was plastic and fiberglass. The quality was not at all what I expected for the price. I'm so sad because from far, it does look cute. But much like a money - its expensive and good from far, but far from good.
I ordered a lighted Bethlehem Star, a lighted red cardinal, and a lighted patriotic star for my windows for Christmas! Everything is perfect and the prices were good which is a super plus at this time of year!
I found a darling nutcracker dressed like a dentist with a toothbrush in one hand and a set of teeth in the other. I ordered one and it came and I loved it. I ordered another for my oral surgeon and there was some kind of mix up that Paypal cancelled the order. I paid for the second item with my charge. I called Christmas Central and got it straightened out, and shortly after that received my second nutcracker. I had no problem with Christmas Central, and I'm happy with my merchandise.
I've been searching for nice bushy garland and was only able to find the super thin stuff until I found this site. I found exactly what I was looking for in the 3 colours I was looking for. The blue is a nice proper blue not an icy blue or a teal.
Not only is the garland I bought absolutely PERFECT, its well-made and really made my Christmas decor pop. I had been looking for decorative Christmas garland (no lights) that had "stuff" on it; this has beautiful red jingle bells, large pinecones, red berries, these white wispy things and these beautiful red and black, and white and black buffalo plaid bows and ribbons throughout the strand. I wish the garland was longer than 6' but I made due. The ordering process was easy, it came fast, and is excellent quality. If I need more next year, I'll definitely order from Christmas Central!
Came here from google to find a metallic Christmas stree, it took me straight to the thing I wanted to purchase, so I didn't really look around. I googled if your site was legit and where you ship from, saw it was New York and went for it. Very glad you take PayPal cus it helps me feel safe. The tree came quickly and worked out well
I like the style of the lanterns. The color was much lighter than I thought it would be, so I had to spray paint them to make them the color I preferred. The glass was packaged very well and nothing was chipped. The cover hinge is a bit flimsy, but for a Christmas decoration, it will suffice. One of the vertical posts was a tad bent, and once again, for a decoration, it will suffice.
The checkout section where the credit card information is requested, was a bit confusing as I am using a regular credit card and not the 3 choices that were pictured. I wasn't sure if the transaction would go through. It appears that it is processing...
Glad I found the website because I found everything I was looking for and the prices were great! I only had one small issue and that's because I ordered a set of red and set of green and they sent me orange instead of green and I called them and they were very nice and fixed the problem right away and sent my green lights and also told me to just keep the orange ones with no cost to me. I highly recommend them

Terrible Customer Service when trying to return items. We ordered the exact same item (red and green, C9 LED lights) according to their specs on their website. When we received the lights, the description on the receipt & labeling on the packaging was the same, so we kept them in the original wrapping, waiting for the upcoming Christmas. When recently unwrapping them, it was obvious the red and green lights were different sizes. We called Christmas Central; talked to customer service & a supervisor asking to exchange for the correct size, but were denied due to it had passed the 30 day return policy. We did not want a refund, only to exchange for the correct matching sizes. Asked the supervisor to talk to her boss, but the "Owner" does not take emails or phone calls! Do not buy from this company. They do not stand behind their product, not do they try to accommodate the customer!

I bought two for my nephew's birthday. He and his brother used twice in the pool. On day one the seam came apart where they sit, day two the same thing happened on the second. I am hoping the company will send a return label and credit my credit card. I plan on contacting the company.
I spoke with Henry in customer service. He was very knowledgeable and helped me. He offered to send me 2 new floaties or a credit. The kids love th floaties so I am going to try again. I give Henry a 5, but am waiting for the replacement to grade the quality of the items. Customer service is perfect..
