My goal for the past 15 years was to own a pair of Louboutin shoes. After paying off my mortgage, I knew: now it's time for a treat. Just spent $1,450 for Louboutins from their site. I haven't worn them yet. And I don't think I'm going to. I want to send them back. I do not know if this shoe is made by Louboutin Couture. If it is, Louboutin needs to be ashamed. I couldn't be any less disappointed. I'm returning. Total waste of my savings.

I ordered three pair of shoes from this website. I received the shoes, but they were too narrow and did not fit. I did not like the quality of the material. I have sent 22 emails to the website expressing that I was not satisfied with the purchase and requested return information for a refund. The email stated if there is no problem with quality they do not accept return. My persistent to send the product back and have my money refunded has gone unanswered. I am continuing to email them. I have also filed a complaint with the U S government.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on January 9th and they finally came on the 29th. I was so excited to try my shoes on. First of all, I ordered a US size 8 and they looked like a 6. One shoe has something black on by the heel. I message them to see if I can get at least an exchange because I don't think I will see that money back. Too bad I read these reviews after and not before I purchased them.

I returned some shoes that I received from them the same day I reiccef them because they did not fit. It has been 4 weeks and no refund. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and they took a week to get back to me. They said they refunded but I checked and I do not have a refund. They don't answer emails right away and it is hard to get them on the phone. I am shocked at their customer service as much as their shoes cost.

Ladies please don't waste your time or your money. Ordered shoes on 09/14/14, received them on 10/03/14. Opened the box and right away the shoes smelled like burned rubber and toxic glue. The shoes looked like they had been worn, the bottons were scratched, the right shoe had scuffed marks and visible white glue, not to mention the left shoe was a half size too big. Contacted this website to get return instructions. I was told to send pictures, sent pictures and they told me it was because of the shipping and they could only reimburse me 20%. I told them the shoes were not damaged during shipping but left their facility looking that way 20% was unexceptable and that I wanted to return the shoes for a full refund. Haven't heard anything from them. LADIES STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

I purchased a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes on March 11th 2014. Money came off my account and I got a confirmation email right away...

Since that day I emailed the website 5 times and not once I got a reply. As far as I know, my item has not been shipped out.

I called both numbers they posted on the website and that's how I realized that I will not get my money or the shoes I purchased - these phone numbers are fake.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE! IT'S A ONE BIG SCAM

Dreadful service, staff were very curt, rude and unhelpful. Overall a very poor shopping experience.
