I ordered 2 white playsuits and a "kimono" in suede. The "kimono" wasn't a kimono, but a scarf, it didn't have sleeves. The material was also the worst fake-suede you can imagine, it was PLASTIC. The playsuits were both completely see through and poor fitting. It didn't look at all like the pictures on the site. I also found out that Choies steals pictures from other companies, so they just make expensive fake clothing.
I contacted customer services. They didn't help at all, told lies and refunded me a little 9 dollars (I paid over 70 dollars for unwearable clothing?). They told me that they will refund more, but they never did and ignored my e-mails. They also lied that they refunded on my creditcard (impossible, since i payed with Paypal) and THEN they told me that they refunded on my Paypal, but they didn't.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Choies is one of my favorite online shops. It always follows the newest fashion trends and have good quality clothes. I never had any problem with delivery and people there are very kind when talking to you. I definitely recommend this website!

Latest thing that I ordered is this high waist denim shorts http://www.choies.com/product/light-blue-side-zipper-elastic-denim-bodycon-shorts_p******* and it is my favorite online purchase so far! I ordered size L (Waist: 64cm, Hip: 82cm, Length: 34cm) and I am few cm smaller than those measurements but I ordered just in case. :D I love the way it looks on me, you can see here http://screencast.com/t/BooL5A9EDsTE You can wear it with anything, it can go with sneakers and casual look, or with high heels and look sexy for the night out. All the positive words for this one. :D

I odered from Choies thinking I would be receiving quality merchandise based on youtube reviews *sighs*. After doing further research I stumbled upon this website (Trust Pilot) and decided to cancel my order before it was sent out. I was told my money would be in my paypal account in 2 days, 7days later NOTHING! I spoke with Sam on live chat and was told my money will be back in my account "soon" huh? He also told me I should request my refund from paypal! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! CHOIES IS A SCAM!

This is the worse shopping experience I've had in my 10+ years shopping online. I bought a few items and they arrived a litle after 45 days. Yes 45 DAYS after numerous emails about this issue and no help, I got my items. I thought this was going to be the end this this super late shipment horror but it just got started. The items I received were so poorly made. The fabric can break in just one wash. The pictures shown is nothing like the atrial items. So a professed to once again try emailing. Nothing again, so then I went to Instagram and to my surprise they did answer. They asked for a picture of the items wich I immediately sent, it took them a week before responding back. So I decided to write them again on Instagram. Turns out they blocked me. I am still emailing and trying to get this problem solved so I would suggest all of you not to bother with this store. You're better of buying from eBay. Same cheap price and items but eBay in the middle would make things a lot more easier if things go wrong. Good luck!

Well, no problem for me, I choose always a size bigger to be sure, and everything is perfect.
The quality isn't that bad, I bought a waterfall trench which I just LOVE!

YES men, you read it well in CHOIES you can find everything that comes to your mind because as I already said, this is not just another fashion site for girls.

Do not order from this company! They are a complete fraud. From the get go, they mixed up my tracking number with the wrong order. I never received the correct order hence I purchase the shipping insurance and stated it said delivered. Another customer service rep told me that the package was returned and they would resend it. The customer service then sent me an email and told me to ask the USPS if they had the package. The customer service reps could not give me a definite answer to where my order was. I asked for a refund or for them to resend my package since I had shipping insurance and the customer service said that the shipping insurance does not cover that. What does the shipping insurance cover for clothing then? I could not get an answer. The customer service stated "Hope you find your package", it's not my responsibility to find my package when I paid for shipping insurance. I am a paying customer and they should be doing the research. I am being told that since I paid for my merchandise, I will not be receiving my dress and they are keeping the funds. How fraud is that?! I had read previous reviews but never believed that it would happen to me. DONT NOT BECOME THE NEXT VICTIM!

The dress looks looks the same as in the picture, material, colur, size, everiting is super.
