This is the worst Brokerage website I've ever experienced. Very confusing on how to get your money off the site. Loads of hidden fees, lost 70% of everything I put in and made to the website itself. Don't recommend it to anyone.
Easily by far the worst brokerage I have ever used. Hidden fees can easily amount to $35-$50/mo. Customer Non-Service is extraordinarily poor, so much so that I renamed them PoorChoice Trade in my 5+ years with them. Regardless of how much you trade or don't trade per month/quarter you will still be charged a minimum, i. E. either collected as trading fees or as a charge per month as well as another possible hidden charge per quarter. (And monthly statements are nearly impossible to attain online). I've used nearly a dozen brokers throughout these last 20 years - usually 3 at a time for availability and/or as a backup if one or the other hadn't been available. (My favorites tend to be InteractiveBrokers & ETrade [I do miss OptionsHouse]).
They pretty much stole money from me. Changed their rules mid-stream, unconnected the funding I had in place, now want people to jump HOOPS to be able to make trades (make it super difficult), liquidated some stock I had to cover a cash deficiency that would NOT HAVE EXISTED if they suddenly decided on some new fees to be charged ($15 per quarter if you do no new trades). I lost money from them, and I'm very unhappy about it. Their rules are not clear, website super confusing and customer support is ridiculously bad. AVOID.
Choicetrade llc - stole thousands from me by not allowing me to close open positions of stocks they allowed me to purchase. They even refused to pony up my cash balance. If you hope to make money with stocks then RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I personally will never invest again because of the thieves at choicetrade llc.
I have been a Choice trade customer for over 10years When they switched to Vision from Apex clearing house they told us it was a better move for traders My experience shows this was a lie Today it prevents me from selling a number of my equities I have asked them to tell me which equities I can trade but they have not responded As result of their negligence I stand to lose over US$4500 I suggest any trader who trade small and sub penny stocks or foreign stocks keep away from Choice trade
Answer: Customer non-service is abysmal; via email it is easily 3-6 days back to you, you respond, then they take another 3-6 days. Hopefully you're not in a hurry because they certainly aren't. They are just about delay, delay, delay. Absolutely terrible. And then there are all of the hidden minimum charges per month and per quarter - stay away. (Personally I like InteractiveBrokers & ETrade much better [and I use multiple brokerages simultaneously, so maybe a dozen or so these last 20 years]).

Requires you download appropriate form Then you'll have to print out said form, Fill in said form by hand (online fillable not available), Then scan and save as a pdf file Finally email pdf file to service@ So, yeah, you'll need a printer & scanner to do this Yeah, anybody else can do it easily online, but not PoorChoice Trade.
