Customer non-service is abysmal; via email it is easily 3-6 days back to you, you respond, then they take another 3-6 days. Hopefully you're not in a hurry because they certainly aren't. They are just about delay, delay, delay. Absolutely terrible. And then there are all of the hidden minimum charges per month and per quarter - stay away. (Personally I like InteractiveBrokers & ETrade much better [and I use multiple brokerages simultaneously, so maybe a dozen or so these last 20 years]).

With unnecessary difficulty! Requires you download appropriate form Then you'll have to print out said form, Fill in said form by hand (online fillable not available), Then scan and save as a pdf file Finally email pdf file to service@ So, yeah, you'll need a printer & scanner to do this Yeah, anybody else can do it easily online, but not PoorChoice Trade.
