With unnecessary difficulty!
Requires you download appropriate form
Then you'll have to print out said form,
Fill in said form by hand (online fillable not available),
Then scan and save as a pdf file
Finally email pdf file to service@
So, yeah, you'll need a printer & scanner to do this
Yeah, anybody else can do it easily online, but not PoorChoice Trade.
