فلا ينبغي أن يكون التداوُل مملًا، ولكن مع مرور الوقت قد يصبح مملًا فعلًا وتبدأ شعلة الحماس بالخفوت شيئًا فشيئًا … وكلَّما شعرتُ أنَّني وصلتُ إلى هذه المرحلة، عادةً ما أُبدِّل المنصَّة، ويبدو أنَّني وجدتُ ضالتي هذه المرَّة. فهذا بالضبط ما حدث معي مع تغيير المنصَّة هذه المرَّة بانتقالي للتداوُل عبر منصَّة IQ Option. أمَّا عن المميَّز بالنسبة لي، فهو أنَّ المنصَّة تُتيح أيضًا تداوُل عقود الخيارات. فعندما أتداوَل باستخدام هذا الوضع، أشعرُ بأنَّني أتدرَّب وأُنمِّي مهاراتي في التحليل الفني، إلى جانب تحقيق نتائج جيدة بالفعل. إذ أودعتُ مبلغًا صغيرًا لا يتعدَّى 200$، واستثمرتُ به ليصل إلى 800$ في ظرف أسبوعين فقط.

رسمتُ خط اتجاه على سهم شركة علي بابا، ويبدو أنَّه على وشك كسر نموذج القاع المزدوج.… وعمومًا، تبدي المنصَّة سرعة استجابة جيدة إلَّا أنَّ التصميم البصري للمنصَّة لم يرق لي…أقصد أن جاذبيته ضعيفة نوعًا ما… صحيح أنَّها سلسة وتُقدِّم تجربة مريحة للتداوُل، لكن الألوان ليست موفَّقة. أمَّا للتداوُل طويل المدى، فأظن أن الوضع الحالي مقبول، فرسوم التبييت ليست مرتفعة. لكن الأمر يعتمد أولًا وأخيرًا على استراتيجيتك.

I have known IQ Option for a long time, and even have tested its platform in the past… I was thinking this is a simple broker, best fit for new traders who still don't know how to use some advanced trading apps. I WAS WRONG!
Must say that in the last two weeks, since i started trading here, the trading become interesting for me… once again. Everyone knows that trading is 90% waiting, and only 10% executing or analysing. Here is different. The platform offers trading in different modes, including options. What i do is when the markets are slow and don't move at all, or totally unpredictable, i switch to options mode and trade as long as I feel like trading. With a proper risk and money-management strategy, even this simple trading style can be lucrative. Now i'm so exited and exploring different trading strategies, and they made me feel exited about trading just like i was in the beginning :)

عندما فتحتُ موقعهم الإلكتروني في البداية، ظننتُ أنَّها منصَّة تداوُل محدودة بعض الشيء… لكن قررتُ استكمال التجربة وتثبيت تطبيق التداوُل الخاص بالأجهزة المحمولة على هاتفي واختباره بنفسي. اكتشفتُ أنَّ إيداع 10 دولار تكفي لفتح حساب تداوُل حقيقي، وهو أمر رائع لغرض الاختبار. تداولتُ لمدة أسبوع. ثم أودعتُ 100 دولار إضافية. ويُمكنني القول بكل صراحة أنَّ نظام التداوُل لديهم أصبح جزءًا من يومياتي. التطبيق رائع، فهو واضح وسهل الاستخدام، بل ويمكنك إدارة حسابك بالكامل من التطبيق مباشرةً… كل ذلك من هاتفي. أمَّا شروط التداوُل، فهي تقليدية ومطابقة لما هو شائع. لم أواجه أي مشكلات تُذكَر

I have been waiting for my funds to be deposited into my bank account for two weeks since requesting a withdrawal. They claimed the transaction has been completed on their end, but after speaking with my bank, I discovered that no deposit has been received, rejected, or even attempted. The bank's fraud department, along with R O C K P I L E L conducted a thorough investigation and found no trace of the transaction. After all research I got my funds back"

Until today, March 17,2025, I have not received any response at all, and my request has not been processed, nor has there been any response regarding the request. There is only evasion and complete disregard for messages.

This response from IQ Option to my Trustpilot review contains no real solution! They continue to stall and repeat the same phrases without providing me with the financial data I requested 23 days ago. To date, I have received no timeline for addressing my issue, as they claim, nor have I received any actual email updates, and there is complete disregard, I've checked my email, including spam, and haven't received any updates from them.

I have been a customer of IQ Option for a long time, but when I submitted an official request for a detailed financial statement of my transactions, I was surprised by the lack of any actual response from the company. I have submitted several complaints via email, technical support, and to the complaints department, but the company does not deal with complaints in a professional manner, as it has not yet provided me with a notification of receipt of the complaint or a reference number to follow up on it. Every time I contact them on live support, I hear the same repeated answers that the request is under consideration. Imagine with me that a request for a financial statement requires study for all this time and so far there has been no real progress in resolving the problem. I am trying to contact the technical support email and the "Complaints Department", but this department does not respond to my messages, and when I call my account manager, he tells me that the relevant department will contact me, which has not happened yet despite the passage of 15 days. It is unacceptable for a company to delay in fulfilling a legitimate request such as a financial statement, which is a basic right for any customer. This complete disregard and non-response and these methods raise questions about transparency and credibility in dealing with customers. I hope that my request will be responded to as soon as possible and the issue will be addressed seriously, otherwise I will have to take further steps to ensure that my rights are restored. I was in a hunt for good ETFs for a while, and there weren't many good brokers. Don't get my wrong, there are ALOTOF brokers which provide ETFs for trading, but you can't really vouch for none of them, all look kind shady to me🤔Then I came across IQ Option, I have known it before, but didn't know they offer etfs, and it was an easy choice fr, because their legitimacy is just out of the question, they are in the business for quite some time... 11 years😄Just as I was beginning to trade.
What I go for here is mainly BITB, this is a solid asset and a lower cost way to trade BTC which is just mad by itself... Moreover, the conditions are to be praised here, I like how they structred the whole chart and a client member area around it, so you can access the feats more comfortly.

They could improve the educational resources a bit more… maybe providing more advanced materials would be beneficial. Anyway, there are no other downsides to the IQ Option. Even this is not much of a downside, as resources are now easy to find online on whatever subject you are interested in.
I enjoy trading with IQ Option and can recommend it to other traders who like to trade different modes through one account and one platform. 🙂

The platform is very functional tbh. I have never had a forex broker with the payments built into the platform.
One thing about support though. It's better to redirect my question to the agent directly instead of bot. Sometimes it's not very convenient.😕

I started to trade through the iq option broker just because I see how traders are overwhelmed with their results with this broker.
Moreover, they frequently underline that there are no issues connected to withdrawals which is a big plus for me. I am afraid of having delays when I withdraw money because I am scared of being cheated in such cases.
There are no delays and additionally the broker has a reputation. What does this mean? It's reliable, guys. *-*

Once I was advised to pay attention to the iq option because the platform has everything a beginner trader needs to successfully dive into tra:ding.
Indeed, here is everything as I imagined before joining.

There're many assets across various asset classes, forex, cryptos, stocks - whatever you want.
There are many instruments integrated into their custom platform, btw, it's a highlight, because it's not a metatrader which I was taught trading on. It's even' clearer from the point of navigation, at least for me,

And support is reachable. They reply quickly.

IQ Option is a great broker and honestly, I was impressed by the quality of services and it is noticeable that they invested a lot of effort to reach such a level. Even though I'm a total noob in the trading field who started trading recently, I could understand how everything works with an easy and intuitive user interface.
By the way, you can congratulate me because a while ago I made a good profit by closing a short position on Apple stock and I would say that I was just lucky enough to close this a good deal. 😁
