No problem great experience but unfortunately way too big
I needed to return a sweater that was extremely large. It was suggested on the site to purchase that size. I did not register, but checked out as a guest. First lesson learned! Register your information with your order. It took me 5 emails to get the correct information on how to return the sweater. I sent the sweater back. I have yet to hear confirmation of its return.

The seams are not well made, for a very expensive product, takes a long time. Nobody gives an answer. I canceled it several times and they still sent it and charged me. Terrible experience. And

The measurements that are published on your website are at least two sizes bigger than the article. The skirt is nice quality

Almost everything I've bought from Chicwish has been cute, comfortable, and fun. A few items weren't quite my style or what I was looking for, but reviews from other customers really helped make sure I was buying items I would love.
Ordering was simple. Shipping took longer than I would have liked and tracking was non-existent. I just was trusting that the skirt would come when they said and it did.
The item was as advertised and was a great fit. Slightly slow to arrive but no other issues.
Lots of pretty clothes, sad when some items are not avail in size L/XL when on sale. Would love to see more petite sizes that aren't mini dresses, too.
With so many pretty clothes, it's a little hard to make a decision that fits my wallet, but once ordered, it doesn't take too long to receive. Items are nicely packaged. Returns are easy and refunds are prompt.
