Delivery took longer than I expected. One of the dresses was not what I expected so o was disappointed. Another dress was beautiful so that was nice. I have not tried the skirt yet.

I received the order very quickly and everything was even better than I expected!
I found the chickwish website nice with the range of products beautiful and ordered a dress worth $85 approx. Somehow, I ended up finalising on another dress from another platform and when I tried to return the chickwish order within the said time frame, I discovered that $5-$10 might be deducted from my return amount and I am finding the return process very difficult with custom policies and regulations which is generally taken care by the supplier in my experience. I have tried reaching to chickwish and was told that my request for support would be returned within 1 business days and it's been 7 business days and I have not heard back from Chickwish. This makes my overall experience really bad and I am still hoping to hear back regarding my return request.
I was really excited for the first time order from chicwish. But i have many reasons to be disappointed.
First i did not aware of that they charge international transaction fee as i shop with AU$ and I assume it is from Australian.
Secondly i order 2 items and they arrived in two different time and take total 1month.
Thirdly, product is as it is advertised.
Material is good but the finish is really poor and it does not sit on body at all.
The bow on the shirt keep going upward
Skirt look like i am wearing some hoop inside to look puffy like old fashioned wedding dress skirt.
