I was very disappointed with how the witches hat was packaged. The hat was folded and bent. I was never able to reshape it. It does not look like how its pictured due to all the permeant creases and dents.

It took nearly a month to receive the parcel. The 5-6 working days is from it arriving at the UK depot not the actual time. Don't order if you are in a hurry
