Everything I get from here is great! I have been shopping this site for several years now. I recently ordered a butterfly bra and panty set. I was notified of delivery, and at the time, I was out of the country. My children were home and said no package of the sort came. I received all of my packages from the other companies that I had ordered from though. I checked with the post office and because it had been 3 weeks and their systems were down, they couldn't give me any info. I contacted ChicMe and was basically told, "oh well, not our problem. Take it up with your postal service." Now I am a manager in retail and me and my company pride ourselves on customer service, so I was very disappointed with ChicMe. It will definitely be a while, if ever, that I order from them again.

One of the dresses didn't look much like the one on the website so I was disappointed.
The dress looks cheap, the fabric is too thin and see thru also the color is supposed to be bright red but looks like a faded red

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
