After waiting for over a month for my order to be delivered, Evri came when i was out and have sent my order back. Terrible service from Chic Me and Evri.
I messaged to start a refund for a jumpsuit I had ordered which wasn't suitable and heard nothing. So now I am stuck with an item I do not want and have spent money I cannot get back.
The money has been taken from my account for weeks and I've not received my items

I love your clothes but I think it's a shame you don't go higher in size. Everytime I hit something I like it's always for a person that wears a junior size, not fair at all. Everytime that you make an outfit should go further up in size not cute at all.

Ordered items for my wife for Valentines. Order placed, payment made. Asked for an update after 2 weeks of no communication to be told item was out of stock. Promised would be despatched within 72 hours. 10 days later I asked again to be told no longer available and to order something else. Shocking customer service.
The entire experience was great, fast delivery and the item was exactly what it said. Highly recommend.
The material is horrible I put suit in bin rather than pay more money to return it. Other items in the past were fine but not this suit

Ordered an item then out of stock waited ages, still not in stock had to order different item and then closed back as wrong size and also then zip broke
Would only give me a 2.95 refund on a 30.00 product. Will not be shopping a Chic Me again.
