£62 I paid and when I've repeatedly asked where my order is they give me different answers
Today is 2nd April, I've been told it's on its way but we will see
I've emailed and said if it's not here by the 7th April I will contact my card company and cancel it all
I will NOT be using this company again

It's hard to know if the sizes will be correct and you don't give postage to return and we have to return at our own expense which is not like most places and so not the best customer service right off the bat. It is the first time I purchase from here so we will see.
If they shipped faster I would buy in future but they take way to long to ship.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
