Ive been trying to do a return and they are no help. I have emailed several times and no response. I will never do business with them again. The quality of their clothing us terrible
I ordered this dress and paid $31.00 for expedited shipping. I was told the dress would arrive in nine days. The dress was for my sister's funeral. Needless to say, funeral came and went; no dress! The dress finally arrived three weeks after its promised delivery date. I tried contacting custom service for a refund and no response. As a matter of fact, the regular delivery date was prior to the date it was delivered. Do not WASTE your money snd pay for expedited delivery. As a matter of fact, if can avoid it, don't shop with company. Their customer service is hollow.

Really like the jumpsuit I purchased but ordered it in 2 different sizes and a chain, the chain arrived first, then one jumpsuit and I'm still waiting on the other to arrive, seems very slow.

Took 3 weeks to get the order, asked to reach local post where is my package, left me alone to deal the issue, and clothing quality was poor and aful
Never received order and set 15 minutes away from me for about three weeks at the distribution center in Ontario
The item I ordered is too big and doesn't fit. Trying to do an exchange was basically impossible. They offered me a "percentage" of the total cost as a refund and for me to keep the item.

Very disappointed I've payed for goods and not received it's been just on four weeks and no goods I thought once payment had been taken goods would of been dispatched but this is not the case
I ordered 3 items $40 each one and where delivered late When I tried them I noticed that not fit started to return and they didn't accept my return They didn't send the return label. I lost $120
I ordered a jacket. When it arrived it was out of shape and didn't fit. There were no instructions anywhere I could find on how to return it. I opened an online chat and asked, but no-one responded so having waited online for an hour I came off it and tried to find an email. This was equally difficult - it's as if they don't want you to return anything! I found an email so sent an email. I waited another week to get a reply but didn't get one, so I googled in other chats and found another email address that someone had used in the same circumstances. This person replied and said I couldn't return because I was now out the timescales (by a couple of days!). I pointed out that I wasn't when I had tried to get hold of them originally and had there been clear instructions either online or on the packaging when it arrived I wouldn't be. They offered $5 coupon! I pointed out this was useless as I had a £35 jacket that doesn't fit, and I was absolutely not going to be buying something else and giving them more money so that I could use a $5 (what a con!) so they offered me $10. I said this wasn't acceptable and that I would even be willing to exchange instead of return to try a smaller size, which would cost them nothing and actually save them the $10 but they refused and told me to have a nice day! I will never be buying from them again. PS. Anyone want to buy an out of shape £35 jacket that doesn't fit well?

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
