I'm disappointed that I still haven't received my entire order when it has almost been a month from placing the order. I was provided a credit for my next purchase but do not want to make another purchase at this time due to this experience. Tracking shows no updates for the past 6 days. Very disappointing
I spent $1590 on 9 items. 3 items didn't fit properly o I wanted to return them. They emailed me every day for a week trying to convince me to take a discount off items instead if returning. It was frustrating and a huge waste of my time. Never shopping there again.
People need to know about this site, they're fake, you order, make payment, but they tell you the item is out of stock but will restock, this are strategy to make you forgot your money with them. I've sent numerous emails to them and asked for refund and no one is responding.

0 * DO not recommend ordering off this site as item has still not turned up and we ordered on 22nd march. We chased the order up and they advised the outfit was out of stock and they would send as soon as received it was well over 10 days and we reached out again to chase it up no answer off the phone calls just said "user busy" then I messaged the customer service team on WhatsApp they got back to me advising it had gone to the post office we called our local post office and they advised it was NOT there and never had been sent there. Called another number which was given said user not recognised terrible service! We either want the item or a refund!
First time ordering, and I'd never order again. The dresses didn't fit and it was a nightmare to get them to send me a return label. They didn't want to refund me and after a week or so of arguing with them they finally gave a return address. I donated the dresses and learned a lesson. Don't order from this company, they do not stand behind their products.!
I ordered an outfit that cost me over $40 and it was too large so I responded back to them asking them for a return label and they told me that they don't do return labels. This is the worst website ever I highly definitely will never ever order from ChicMe again I contacted my bank. We are disputing this. I want my money back into my account. I have sent numerous messages to them and they keep telling me that I have to pay to send it back. This is unacceptable. I paid $40 for this stupid outfit and you're not gonna give me my money back. Do not order from ChicMe. I'm just telling everybody they are horrible! I also waited over a month to get the outfit that was extremely to large!
I ordered an outfit and it's so big and I asked for a return label since I paid over 40 bucks for it and they said they don't do return labels! This is not the way customers should be treated! So now I reported them to Facebook since they will not send the label nor refund my money back to my account! I'm still waiting for my paid label to be sent and I also disputed this with my bank! They better refund me! I definitely won't ever order from them again that website is horrible!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
