Great selections but I lost items in my shopping cart a few times before check out. Based on my spend I was supposed to get expedited shipping which didn't happen, it took 22 days to receive my order. Nothing fits because the size chart is one size larger than the actual items. Beautiful clothing, nice styles and quality but I can't wear anything :(

Their customer service line is not in service, and customer service, (written) does not respond. They have cheated me out of about $300.00. I would NEVER order from them... I love my dress, the fabric is very good. The colors are the same as the picture. I would recommend anyone who likes this dress on the site to put their order in. No disappointment in the dress. Only sad about the delivery. It took almost a month to get it due to covid. But I did get an email from the company asking did I receive my package, yes to confirm and if no, they give you their email address so they can track the order for you and they e. Ail me back with the location so that was great that they reached out to me first. 5 stars up.

Overall shopping experience was positive ( user friendly website, payment options, etc) however the dress I've received is really bad: very cheap, very think fabric that is not fit for this type of structured dress. The overall construction of the dress is bad as well. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the purchase.
The shirt is nice. I still have not recieved the batting suit, it has been two months. I am not hopeful that the item will meet the expectations.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
