Ordered a pair of plush Slippers that I was very excited to receive because they are very cute, however the sizing was completely off. They were at least two sizes too small which was not conveyed by the sizing guidelines. I had to try and email about order confirmation and shipping confirmation because that information was not given to me. I won't be shopping here again unfortunately.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
