I ordered two items for my wife with expedited shipping. One item came as expected and was as expected meaning we were pleased with the product. The status of the second is "Processing". It has been that way for almost a month. I inquired about it fifteen days ago by way of email and was told that it would be restocked and shipped in 3-5 days. It is still "Processing". If I call the Los Angeles phone number on the website it is a busy signal every time. The live chat is not at all a "live chat", but merely an email link that takes a day or so for a response. It would have been nice to know that an item is not in stock before a customer places an order. Also, the customer service greatly needs improvement. Probably will not order anything else from in the future.
