I do not like the clothes. What you get verses what you order is Extremely different. Sizing is horrible. I ordered small on everything but they fit like a large.

If you have perfect figure and you don't mind ordering clothes that are not that good sewed (not straight seams, loose threads), have bad fit and fabric quality looks poor, you can order. If not: pls don't order. It is not worth the money

I received an email confirmation after placing my order and they did follow up with tracking and delivery information. I received my package within 10 days or less, everything was in ONE big bag each item in it's own separate single bags as well normal packaging. All items were present and packaged well, no defects except for one. A pair of sweat pants I ordered (gray Ruched sweat pants) to be exact, folded neatly and clean until I unfold them to see a dead bug with its legs not far from it's body on my pants. I immediately put them down and got my phone to begin recording, I used the camera filter on Instagram so that it had date & time stamp, I also recorded the packaging I removed my clothes from showing the name of the site I made the order with in a separate video seconds after ending the initial video. I was highly disappointed my pants were not Ruched as advertised BUT to add insult to injury or injury to insult, a deceased insect was in my clothes. As I stated in my review for this specific item I will be emailing your company with this information to take further and necessary action, this is highly unacceptable and unprofessional.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
