The shipping experience and overall price was exceptional. I have ordered several products from ChicMe but this is my 1st time ordering hair.The description was not as described. The product that I order was not a lace front wig, it was a wig without lace. This is false advertisement. I was very displeased with my order.

True to size so don't go up a size... most items were what I expected some were poor quality, give yourself a month to receive the products...

They fit perfectly... true to size. The quality of the shorts are great and it looks just like the picture

The shipping was a bit long. I ordered on 12/31/20 and received my order on 1/22/21. Some of the items in my order fit well. The others that didn't fit, weren't like pictured. There needs to be more pictures of models from different angles to give customers a better idea of the style and look of the item.

Poor quality sweatshirt - I ordered this cause it looks so cute and said it was a sweatshirt but the material is not fleece bot a very cheap polyester that is shiny on the inside. The material between the sleeves & the shirt body do not even match in that the sleeves have Rippled material like it's been burned. Would not buy from Chicme if this represents the quality.

Well, anything coming from China takes at least three weeks to arrive. So my expectations were not very high!

Cheap materials used. Loose threads, uneven stitching

I have been trying to get a refund for weeks. Several texts sent with no response. They are terrible about communication and results. I will keep trying!
