Hi! Most things were okay. Got a couple short/jacket sets. Shorts are perfect. Jackets are huge. Shoulders fit but the mid section is just massive. Looked more fitted in the photos. I'll have to get them altered or chuck them out. The pinafore is absolutely gorgeous. The flannel shirt/dress with the elastic belt is great. The other flannel dress is an absolute monstrosity Looks like a wish item. I don't even know how to fix that to make it wearable, it's so frumpy and weird but one horrible outfit out of 5 isn't bad. The sizing and fit for everything except the jackets is spot on though
I recieved the package on time. But, when I opened the package and pulled out the shorts smelled like FISH. I decided to have them dry cleaned and the car ride there was horrible, the shorts stunk up the car smelled of FISH. The dry cleaners barley wanted to take them because of the smell. So, when I pick them up and they still smell of FISH, I am trashing them. Not sure why the material smelled so bad. Horrible and smelly experience. Not happy with the purchase of the shorts.
I had to wait quite a while to get the two outfits I ordered and I know normally sizes run small or online so I got an extra large in the cute jumper I wanted and I never wear an extra large the biggest that wears a large so I got an extra large I couldn't even zip it up at all it went very very small I would say it ran more on the size of a medium or a small and it was only $18 but to ship it back it wouldn't even be worth it because I had to pay for shipping

Didn't expect much since it was coming from a different country but got the product and it was mcluch lighter then the picture and the material was cheap.
I placed my order 1/1/21 and received it 1/26/21. Almost a month to receive and I haven't received everything, still have 1 piece missing. The quality and material is good, fits bigger than expected. Not sure if will shop here again.

The quality of the 2 items out of 2 is fairly poor- synthetic and not as well designed. The boots I received were fabulous looking. So I loved them amd I love to keep them in the correct size as I received the UK3 instead the UK 5. Return options needs to confirmed before return - but nobody get in touch with me. Not sure overall if I'm happy with it.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
