2.Use more protective covering in packaging, especially with earrings, to prevent bending of posts!

Any problem does not remain a problem any longer then it takes to let them know. Just call customer service and a friendly customer service representative will gladly take care of it. I will continue to order because I feel that there will always be someone there to satisfy any problem I have.

This quilt is very pretty and well made. It is not white but an off white. I ordered a king size for my queen bed and my only complaint is that it is a bit small for a king size it just barely fits my queen bed which is rather high. I am able to make it work but if you have a king size bed this may no be for you.

The products were excellent and very, very nice. Customer service was very good in helping me. They answered all my questions, nice, and never rude to me. What I ordered and received was over and beyond my expectations! Thank you ChicMarket!

Finally received my first order. Came on time and I love it. It's beautiful and I'm not afraid of it breaking. Seems very sturdy. Everybody that I have shown asked me where I got it and how much I paid when I tell them they are amazed I only paid not even $11 for it. I will shop here again and again and again and again LOL

This was my first time to purchase from ChicMarket and I was a little concerned about what I would actually get. I was pleasantly surprised. The ring I ordered was very nice and looked great. I will definitely purchase from here again.

I ordered a bangle, but when arrived there was a pair of earrings, instead of the bangle. I was so upset. But later when contacted customer service, they were really nice and assured me they'll order me a new one, plus I get to keep earrings. (btw really nice stuff there :))

I ordered a ring that I want to return. I have called twice. Supposedly an email was sent to me on how to return. I do not have it. I called again. It is now 48 hours - no responses. Help! Karen Coleman

Items coming separately, not happy with that. That is more about the company than the bag.
The bag is gorgeous. The very best thing is the style and color. Having a shoulder strap will help me so much.
The size is perfect as well.

Loved the earrings. In the details section of the product it would be good to know the overall length of the earrings as they were not as long as I expected. I will enjoy wearing them as the crystals are very nice.

I ordered rings and the total was over $700. The shippment was duplicated and so was my credit card. I have been trying to get refunded and send the product back yet get ZERO responce on emails. All the phone numbers I can find do not work or are not correct. Super frustrating. Really would love to use this company yet the return policy and customer service is really bad! And scary!

Soft soft sheets... also large deep pockets so should fit any mattress! Only problem was I ordered the Deep Teal color expecting the beautiful blue/green color in the picture but received some odd hunter green color. I didn't order to match anything, simply because I liked the color in the picture so big deal, I will definitely order another set. Excellent price1!

I was very pleased with the shopping experience. I did ask when I would receive the product. It was explained to me in an email. The product came the very day they said it would by the shipping method they described in the email. It was the last of that particular color and just what I wanted. My daughter-in-law loved it! That made all the difference in the world to me.

The ordering process was so easy. I really like this ring, it is the accent piece I was looking for. It is so sparkling, yet understated. It looks like I spent quite a bit on it, yet it was so affordable that I can order many more items. I'm very pleased with the ring and the entire transaction.
