I was so please I will be ordering for my self, and my family for any occasion.
Recently I ordered several pairs of earrings from Chic. I was under the impression that it would all be sent at one time as "one order", since I placed all the items I wanted in "one order." However, packages arrived on different days, in different types of packages. Some were packaged well, but one arrived in a cheap brown mailing envelope with scant bubble wrap on the inside of the envelope. The posts were both smashed half flat. I never even took them out of the small little packet that they came in. There was no order information with one of them, but fortunately I kept the envelope that it came in. Good for me, because I had no piece of paper inside detailing the price. However, I had made a copy of my order complete with pictures prior to placing the order. So I had everything needed to know what he stock # was, etc. The envelope wasn't torn, but the tiny packet inside was obviously crushed in the mail. At the least, the earrings should have been in a protective box! So I will hold off on ordering anything else from Chic until I see how satisfactorily they accommodate the return of damaged merchandise. So while I loved the pieces of jewelry that I ordered, due to sloppy shipping practices of some of their vendors, I'm reluctant to order additional mdse until I see how the "customer service" works out when trying to return something. So yes, the jewelry was nice, but some of the vendors were "careless in their handling" of their mdse. Hhhhmmm reminds me of a phrase I've heard recently in the political realm!

I purchases five what was referred to as Wine Chains. They were junk and I was to return each one separately, and I had to pay for postage. I put them all in one envelope with all the numbers and so, never got a refund. Called was told each one had to be mailed separate, but they would check into it, and that was over six weeks ago and no word and no credit. Iwrote a detailed letter with the return and have the original UPS receipts.
Not one complaint do I have...

One of the smartest decisions I made lately was purchasing these Swarovski naked earrngs. The size of the crystals is perfect which make them very believable. My friend commented in the restaurant earlier today "those earrings are spectacular! They are versitile, meaning they can be worn casual, formal, business attire, etc. Just beautiful!
Wanted something big so that I could see the time easily and found just what I was looking for in this watch. It looks expensive but the price was just right for what I wanted to pay. So far, I am very satisfied and love this website for the variety and good prices. Have to reign myself in due to so many wonderful things to buy but I enjoy "window shopping" in the event I can splurge in the future.

I just received Opal "Engagement" ring, & was pleasantly surprised at the details on the ring. I didn't really expect it be as pretty as the picture portrayed it, so I was overjoyed when it finally arrived! I am very proud & happy that I used ChicMarket. The only fly in the ointment is that the tracking # doesn't lead you anywhere but back to you order page, & doesn't give you the means by which it will be delivered. The shipping cost was low, so that is good.
The sterling silver is beautiful and the crystals are sparkling. I loved them at first sight so glad I bought a second pair for giving to someone special.
The purse has very soft leather which is what I was hoping for and the color was exactly as pictured. Looks more expensive than it cost. The only negative at all was not being able to get the tracking number to work
Soft soft sheets... also large deep pockets so should fit any mattress! Only problem was I ordered the Deep Teal color expecting the beautiful blue/green color in the picture but received some odd hunter green color. I didn't order to match anything, simply because I liked the color in the picture so big deal, I will definitely order another set. Excellent price1!
These earrings can be worn for any occasion. No one will doubt they are real! Love them and highly recommend!

Ordered this gold bracelet for my daughter's birthday (which has not happened yet) It was hard to decide on one as there were so many beautiful ones! Very happy with it and delivery was so fast. It looks expensive!
