ChestnutFive is not interested in your order. They take your money and get away with it. Even BBB, which has many complaints about them, has not shut them down. They send confirmations to you, and after awhile you realize that you're just not getting your product. They finally wrote to me saying that they have no way of tracking once the product is in the US., so " please contact your local carrier asap to check on package to avoid non-delivery." The local carrier, of course, knows nothing about this!
Ordered my items over 4 months ago still have not received anything. They have sent me 2 different confirmation emails and 2 different tracking numbers which go nowhere... Will not answer emails and will not refund money
I ordered 3 bra's. They completed the order sent me a tracking number that have record with. So basically I'm tracking nothing. Can't reach support on website no phone to call.
I place an order with chestnutfive on April 11th. Today is May 16th. I used the tracking number they provided and as of May 5th it is not been received by USPS. It says it is in transit with a foreign company. I am working on reversing credit card charges after getting Robo responses via email from this company.
I ordered 2 packages of 3 different colored bra's in January and still have not got them. Clarissa T. Never got back to me, very disgusted with this company.

Stay away from this company. Ordered pants from them 2 months ago and still haven't gotten them in the mail and they won't reply to any of my emails.
Do not buy from this company, very poor quality at a premium price. Won't refund my purchase, they don't even reply to emails.
