At the end of March 2021 we purchased a Movado watch for our Granddaughter, so that she would have it on her birthday, April 8th. Living in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, we had to have the watch sent to North Andover, MA.
On April 8th, when her father assisted her in opening her present, they noticed that the watch was not operating at all. Additionally, there was no documentation, certificate of authenticity, serial number registration; nothing included in the package to assist them. The watch was not functioning. Her father immediately took the nonfunctioning watch to a reputable jeweler to open the watch and see if there was a functional battery. The jeweler immediately identified and determined that the watch with a dead battery WAS IN FACT NOT AT ALL AN AUTHENTIC MOVADO WATCH.
When we wrote to WatchMaxx they said we had the watch too long to return it for a refund. Their website asserts:
"All Watches
WatchMaxx.com sells only 100% authentic, brand new merchandise, complete with the manufacturer's packaging and a minimum 2-year guarantee with service or repair by WatchMaxx..."... Our Standards of Service

Paying for the watch was also a long and arduous process, and I was required to pay only through AmazonPay.
Misrepresentations seem to come easy to this company; I urge you to steer clear.
