The order took a while but was delivered as per the estimated date. One suggestion I would like to add is to add an option for FedEx, UPS or DHL delivery option, as they might have delivered the order faster and they deal with customs matters much better.

To be honest, the prices bother me every time as I buy this kit as I don't have money, simply. However, the quality of the kits and the pride I am wearing them with is worth it in my opinion. I am proud to represent the BEST football club in the world.

I ordered the new home kit for my grandson's birthday online and was slightly wary about how long it would take as I wanted his name printed on the shirt. The process to order was very simple, he is 5 years old so the size guide was helpful. The email communication was excellent and kit arrived, complete with printing, in good time. I was very happy with my experience with the Chelsea Megastore experience I ordered my Chelsea with James name and number on and received it when I was advised and I have ordered some items which also received early. But my husband ordered a phone case for me but never received so had to cancel but apart from that very happy.

I order most months from the megastore, delivery is always fast and customer service is pretty good. However, recently I have receive a few items that either have dirt stains or broken packaging.
I love my club! Everything the megastore have to offer is of interest so 5 stars does not really express how much I recommend everything that is in there.
