Having purchased several great items for my two year old grandaughter, her mum ' my daughter informs me she now won't wear anything that isn't Chelsea blue... I've told her it's just a phase, she asked for how long.?...I said mine has only been 50 years... once a blue always a blue.!..

The overall shopping experience is good now after many years of improvement, and the staff are knowledgeable. However, the prices are too high and often the same products can be bought elsewhere much cheaper, which does not put money into the club, so needs to be addressed. There should always be a price benefit for Megastore shoppers compared to all other outlets, and discounts on all products for season ticket holders (and perhaps members too? Say 20% and 10% respectively?)
