My delivery never arrived. Chelsea were very good and refunded the money asap.
But it A) it was a birthday present that then had to be given very late
B) when I purchased the replacement it was too late to get the version without the sponsor which was what was actually requested.
I believe it was Evri that ruined the birthday situation but it made for a bad experience
I was informed that my order would come a specific date, which was valid indeed.
I had a problem with the Greek courier because I lost the notice of missed delivery, and the customer care helped me a lot with the trackabilty. Everything perfect. Thank you!
