He told me the $6.99 which I did not authorize was non-refundable. I also found that the information they provided was incredibly inaccurate.

Tried canceling on line you can't then tried canceling over phone no one answered. They keep charging you until you can get hold of someone. It's a scam do not do it.
Paid for a background check, price agreed to was one (1) dollar. They charged 30 bucks! On top of that, there was no information provided. Absolutely NONE. The report all but said I didn't exist. This "service" is a scam. I just got off the phone with my lawyer and apparently this is standard for these bastards. They steal from you and provide nothing that they advertise.

Answer: I had to cancel my card with my bank and file 3 claims before I got $4.33 back. But, Check people will say they didn't take it and say that you have to do a 3 way call for them to verify. I don't know about you, but I'm a complete idiot when it comes to technology.
