Nice and simple and cheaper then other companies, New deals coming up every couple of days. Compared prices of various airlines displayed with the option to choose the one of your preference. Third year with the site and i have no complaints. I have referred friends t the site and have nothing but good things to share abut the site.
This is purely a scam! You search for the cheapest flight and then they add $100 or more to the price without disclosing this in any way that you could see it. By the time you've purchased the "cheapest" option, it's no longer the cheapest option because of their fees.
I would bet any amount of money that ALL of the positive reviews here come from staff and friends of CheapOair. This website is an absolute scam. If you must use it, search for the cheapest flight and then JUST CALL THE AIRLINES with that cheap flight directly. You'll save the $100 or more.

I have no confidence in this business. I made a reservation and received a call a few days later that I would need to spend an additional $380 USD to secure the flight.
The gentleman that "helped" me actually shouted at me and did nothing to resolve my problem. He also told me to wait 5 minutes in order for me to be helped. That 5 minutes ended up turning in 45 minutes.

Booked two flights with Cheap O Air. It says "24 hour cancellation" right on the website. Canceled the flight 30 minutes later and they tried to charge us $50 a ticket. If you hover the mouse over the corner of the cancellation line a small box pops up saying there is a fee (no amount given). If this is there policy, fine, but state it clearly on the website! We ended up disputing the hidden charges and were refunded. We found a better fare with no cancelation fees on another website.

We booked the trip online and noticed the dates were different from the ones we put in. So we called customer service and told them and they said it was our fault for not noticing that it was flexible dates... Well we looked again and there was nothing to check off - it automatically changed the dates then charged our credit card.
We called customer service and after a 25 min hold was told that we could cancel the flight with a $50 charge. We explained that we didn't change the dates, they did and we should not have to pay a fraudulent change.
We were put on hold so many times and when we asked to speak to a manager was told "no, they will tell you the same thing."
We were kept on hold for 45 min. And kept getting switched from person to person.

I am so disappointed at the service for Chepoair. I found good price tickets online and called to schedule the flights. The price and flight i notified them that I found online was not what they booked me for. It was for an amount of $113.00 more! I called to notify them of this and completely would not help at all. I will never ever ever book with them again.

Excellent example why outsourcing customer service is a lousy idea and yes, I am a foreigner. Every time I called they would hang up twice before finally staying on the line, on average was transferred 3 time before making it to someone who is "responsible" for that type of question. Not once I was able to speak to someone who spoke English well, multiple calls in the process of 20 days. Asked to have last name changed, only to have them answer two weeks later that there is a 75$ fee to have it done per ticked and it would take up to 10 business days, because of the airline's policies, contacted airline directly, was told they have nothing to do with it and it is something that is done by the booking company. In the end I was given an extension to a account specialist, with an extension that is disconnected, no I did not write it down wrong it was included in an actual email from them. By far the worst booking company, have to ask even for bare minimum.
Their web page had an advertisement "cancel within 24 hours". I had to cancel due to health reason within the stated 24 hours timeline, I was charged what they called a small fee of $75 per ticket which is about 8% of the ticket price. Coincidentally I had a similar situation for another flight with Priceline which I had to cancel within 24 hours, they kept their word and did not charge me anything for canceling zip zero.
These guys are misleading their customers with big penalties by hiding it in their terms, keep away, there are a lot of other honest agencies out there.
I reserved a flight to South America from July 18,2017 to August 6,2017. When I received the confirmation it was completely different, I called them within minutes and they said that I have to pay $75 dollars for each ticket (4) or they can help me by booking on the date I wanted but they were a higher fee flight. They offered me 25 dollars discount per ticket. I did not have a choice so I cancel for a $50 fee. The representative slipped and said that she recommend me to use the desktop because other customers also experience when they book on the mobil phone. I spoke with the manager and said that he was already helping me. He did not let me speak when I wanted to repeat what the representative told me.

I just tried booking a flight to Austin, TX from Denver, CO, and I had a rollercoaster experience.
First the price was listed as 215.00 including taxes, I clicked on it ready to book but unfortunately the price had changed after I clicked and now it was 260.00.
Then, I typed (and I type really fast) in all of my info and clicked BOOK (to book the 260.00 ticket) but I was told that this ticket is no longer available and it gave me a third option that was 300.00.
This time all of my information was already entered so all I needed to do is to click BOOK, and so I did... Uhumm you guessed it the price changed from 300.00 to 318.00! So, I went ahead and booked it anyways, however I was so mad that minutes later out of principal I canceled the whole thing. I booked the same flight on EXPEDIA.com for 245.00! Cheapoair never ever will you have my business!

This is the only site where I can find tickets to all destinies I need. Costumer service is always able to help and solve all concerns I have. And I never had any inconvenience in any of my trips.
