I found an alternative date and the good price. I started to pay for my airticket and the real price became triple price from the original price.

Meh. No seat confirmations. Got a seat confirmation that was wrong and we were unable to tix this. We have to be more careful and you should make it possible for us to fix a mistake before we put in the orders.

The original flight I booked turned out to be an impossible connection. I have been to LHR and I know that you can not expect to deplane, go through passport control and make your connecting flight in less than one and a half hours. Once I saw the itinerary, I called to change. The changes made are poor, but at least i can make my connections. I am very unhappy that my initial purchase was for a very difficult connection and, now, I have to leave at a very different time of day and, more importantly, I am paying more for this necessary change. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

Sometimes you want to talk to a human. It was all automated and it is just not the same. Sometimes it loops around and you keep going in circles... very frustration
