Scam Fraud. Company have not answer my calls for almost 3 weeks they keep changing my flights they scammer they abused me on the phone
They scam people on ticket refunds, they offered only half the amount in credit for future ticket purchase, we booked tickets with one date but after checkout they gave us different dates, so we immediately called to cancel, we asked if they can fix the date but there wos no luck, and they only offered to apply credit for future use, terrible customer service

Not expecting to pay for my seat. Price of ticket even though it was suppose to be discounted was rather high. I am military and I could not find an option to enter this information and get the 10% discount applied. So many things in getting the flight were so time consuming and unclear.
I think it's easy to use the web page, just choose the place, and dates to travel, and show a list of prices
and airlines company, and just only four steps and I can get my tickets.

The custom service is the worst experience ever. I received an email shown there is a change in my trip. But I cannot see any changes when I login my account. So, I contact customer service. However, the guy on the other side kept asking who is my account holder? I gave him all the details, my email, my full name, account number, even account level and the points I had? But He still insisted I'm not my account holder. LOL. Fix your guy's algorithm to find account holder's name first.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
