I am currently a university student who bought plane tickets for a trip that got rescheduled. I was unable to get money back or flight credit. I called several times and was told a manager would call me back- I was never called back. I just want my money back to pay for school in the aftermath of the pandemic. I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Their Chat Bot service isn't very efficient at handling changes to your travel plans. Trying to speak to a Live Agent with Cheap0Air to make changes is frustrating and time consuming.
I would advise not using this Travel Service. Lots of better options available

AMAZING! We spent hours trying to book on other websites; sites were down and customer service wasn't always helpful. Went to CheapOAir and booked everything in under 5 minutes and also paid the lowest price, saved 50% compared to other sites. We did choose the alternate date option though so I think that's what helped us save so much money, but - hey, it was great and totally worth it!

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
