It is impossible to talk to an agent that can actually help. It takes them almost an hour to talk to someone. There was an issue of cancelling my flight I talked to the agent through the online chat to get a refund and he said he will talk to the ticketing department and I will hear back within 4-6 hours. In the meantime I booked another flight. I received an email saying the flight was confirmed. I called them several times to manage to talk to the appropriate department to tell me it was my fault and I should have waited. I ASKED FOR A REFUND NOT CONFIRMATION OF MY FLIGHT. Somehow I should have waited the 4-6 hours but they fail to understand when you ask for a refund you don't want the flight. Terrible customer service and no willingness to help the costumer. I wouldn't recommend for any reason.

I search for other travel sites but cheapoair was the best rates and was very fast and safe.

For 4 days of trying to re-book, none of your agents ever got back to me. Finally on the 5th day, an agent helped me and booked a new itinerary for me. The phone call lasted 90 minutes but he got everything checked out and done! What a relief!
