I couldn't do the survey...
I had done a booking from CheapOair for AirCanada for a flight on July 1st. The Airlines cancelled my flight in the morning of July 1st and rescheduled my flight for July 2nd. I had to leave on July 1st so I tried contacting CheapOair on July 1st the agent said I had to talk to AirCanada. Couldn't get hold of AirCanada after holding for 5 hours. Contacted CheapOair again on July 2nd morning before my rescheduled flight to cancel the rescheduled flight but the agent asked me to hold and after 5 hours of holding that call it got disconnected itself. Since than I've been trying to call CheapOair daily every customer service agent would put me on hold for two hours and end up with no solution. 2 of the agents hung up on me without saying anything after me informing them my complete issue. 4 agents took my phone number and asked me to wait 72 hours but the wait goes for 5 days and I haven't gotten a single call back from CheapOair. It ended up in my return flight getting cancelled as well and now CheapOair owes me $690. But it seems no single staff cares at CheapOair while helping the customer.

After paying $1400 for a flight, Cheapoair said could fix my itinerary if I paying additional...**I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE EVER EVER AGAIN***and hope you don't either.

All representatives need a crash course in customer service. As the customer, I don't expect to hear a tone of voice that portrays annoyance about any portion of the conversation. "Connor" was annoyed when I gave an incorrect booking number. Abram chastised me the entire time I was on the phone with him. These people are not helpful when there is a problem. They merely send you back to the airline and when they talk with you on the phone, they speak to you as if you are a five-year-old. When I complained to Abram that I did not like how he talked with me and said I had intended to book' flights, but that I will not now, his response was pretty cavalier, "it's your money". He is right, it is my money and I will not spend it at Cheapoair. They claim to be a travel agency, but my experience with travel agencies is that they book flights for you and help you when there are issues; Cheapoair does neither. They take your money for doing nothing, except to ridicule you when you call for "service". I recommend putting them out of business by making other elections when booking travel.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
