I have had a horrible time with cheapOair. I had my first senior moment and accidentally put my mom's maiden name on her ticket. I noticed it right away and tried to correct it. Even though I bought all of the insurances, I have still had the run around on this. First I am told that they can fix this no problem, then they say that I need to send them documentation. I send the documentation they request. Then they say they can fix this no problem. Then they tell me there will be a $100.00 change fee. I pay the fee. They then say that they can fix this no problem. They ten tell me that I have to wait 72 hours before my flight for them to make the change. They say to give them a call and they will take care of it. Today is 72 hours before my flight. The first agent I spoke with said that changes were not allowed. I went through the whole story with him. He then said I needed to send an email. I told him that I was told to call. He kept insisting on an email. He then hung up on me. I called back insisting to speak to a manager. I have now been on hold for over 30 minutes and still nothing. I finally hung up and called back. I am being told that I have to re-submit everything again and it will now be another 24 hours for them to review everything. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I used to be in the travel business. I would never recommended this company to anyone.

Very frustrated with the system kicking me out and updating the prices. 3rd time trying to book today and prices have continuously changed in the matter of minutes each time. Prices even for protection plan changed and was told over the phone you could not price match your own prices.
